Lia joined Almazan Law in early 2025 as the firm’s administrative support, navigating through several understaffed department,s allowing for a complete inside look at the gaps within the field. Taking the initiative and self-proclaimed title of first Head of Culture, Marketing & PR, quickly establishing a unified brand identity and internal communications platform to align client experience with firm values. Today, as Chief Brand, Culture & Digital Officer, she champions a data-informed, human-centered approach to culture and innovation — overseeing brand architecture, creative communications, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Her previous roles include serving as Senior Communication Consultant at T-Mobile, where she developed nationwide communication strategies, analytics frameworks, and executive messaging for large-scale internal programs. Prior to that, she worked with Chemistry Cultura and the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association, leading multicultural marketing campaigns and award-winning regional branding initiatives such as “The Rhythm Never Stops” — the first Brand Caribbean campaign in over 16 years.

At Palace Resorts, she managed celebrity partnerships, press events, and global PR activations across North America and the Caribbean, securing media coverage on top outlets including The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Steve Harvey, and Wendy Williams.
