Michael is an associate in the Tampa office of Almazan Law since September of 2022 and has been licensed to practice in Florida since 2019. His practice focuses on litigation, appellate and real estate matters.
Prior to joining Almazan, Michael honed his legal skills defending some of our nation’s largest insurance companies in matters relating to general liability, healthcare, transportation, and insurance coverage litigation.
In his spare time, Michael can be found spending time with his wife, Julia, and their two dogs: Moose and Huck.
Michael received his undergraduate degree from The Florida State University and his law degree from The Pennsylvania State University - Penn State Law. While in law school, Michael served as a research assistant to the Professor of Law and Medicine as well as a member of the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic. During his legal education, Michael also worked as a judicial extern at the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In addition, he was selected to represent Penn State Law at the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C.
Prior to joining Almazan Law, Michael worked at one of the nation’s largest law firms defending clients in a variety of complex litigation matters.
