The session will examine how properly governed artificial intelligence can support more structured, transparent, and defensible medical causation analysis. Topics include using AI to assist with medical record synthesis, identify competing causes, and promote greater consistency with established medical standards while preserving professional judgment and ethical accountability.
Alex will join Mark Melhorn and Heidi Sellers, with Chris Brigham serving as moderator.
AI in Florida Workers’ Compensation
On Wednesday, August 26, from 8:45–9:45 a.m., Alex will speak during “State of the Art: AI in Workers’ Compensation — A Florida Perspective.”
