Adrienne L. Hausser is a Senior Attorney in Almazan Law’s Miami office, focusing her practice on workers’ compensation defense and insurance litigation. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000, Adrienne has more than two decades of experience representing employers, carriers, servicing agents, and municipalities in complex claims across Florida’s Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts. Her extensive background in both defense and claimant representation gives her a strategic advantage in anticipating arguments and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
Adrienne’s legal career spans more than 20 years across private firms and national insurance defense practices. Before joining Almazan Law, she practiced with Vernis & Bowling of Miami, where she managed more than 60 active workers’ compensation cases, developing defense strategies, conducting depositions, and successfully representing clients at trial.
Previously, Adrienne served as Associate Counsel at Clyde & Co., focusing on property coverage litigation, policy interpretation, and bad-faith defense for insurers. Earlier in her career, she was a Partner at Ana Frexes & Associates and a Senior Attorney at Martinez Roman P.A., where she defended employers and carriers in high-volume workers’ compensation cases statewide.
Her diverse experience also includes regulatory advocacy for corporate clients before the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and U.S. Customs, where she advised on federal compliance and product return disputes.
