Allyson joined Almazan Law in 2023 as an associate attorney in the Litigation and Real Estate practice groups. She focuses her practice on real property development transactions and commercial litigation. Allyson has several years of experience defending complex civil litigation matters, as well as an LLM in Real Property Development from the University of Miami.

Allyson has been a practicing attorney and member of the Florida Bar since 2018. Prior to joining Almazan Law, Allyson spent four years practicing complex civil litigation at a boutique law firm in Miami, Florida. After four years of civil litigation practice, she earned her LLM in Real Property Development from the University of Miami during which she interned with Greenberg Traurig, LLP, focusing on large-scale condominium development projects, private equity financing of multi-million-dollar development projects in the South Florida area, and commercial lease agreements for large corporations.
Background
Allyson received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law and B.A. from the University of Miami. Allyson also earned her LLM in Real Property Development from the University of Miami.
While earning her J.D., Allyson interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania, as well as the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office and University of Florida Health Shands Hospital. She also served as the community service chair for the Black Law Students Association.
Allyson enjoys volunteering in the community and serves as a mentor for the Florida Association of Women Lawyers mentoring program.
